Took this on a lake trip and got caught in a downpour, water just rolled right off the crown panels instead of soaking in. The material feels solid too, not flimsy at all.

Took this to a beach day expecting the usual soggy hat by noon, but the water just beaded right off the crown panels like magic. The fabric feels tough without being stiff, and it was completely dry by the time we packed up. Exactly what I needed for humid summer trips.

Wore this for a week of yard work and morning dog walks, and the crown panels really do send water rolling right off instead of soaking in. Fabric feels sturdy without being stiff, so it’s comfy even when it’s humid. Only wish it came in more colors, but for the price it’s a solid everyday hat.
